How to join Jasmine Schools. Pick the school you are applying to below, then follow the steps for age requirements, the entrance exam, the documents to bring and how to submit your application.

How admission works

  1. Initiate your application

    Apply through our website or by email, message us on social media, call 08084498649, 08063932091 or 07033096430, or walk into the school office.

  2. Complete the application form

    We issue the form. Fill it in completely and gather the documents listed below.

  3. Sit the entrance assessment

    Taken onsite at a time that suits your child — there is no fixed date. Pupils from age 3 resuming in the second term take a placement test instead.

  4. Receive your admission decision

    We contact you with the outcome after the assessment.

  5. Complete enrolment

    Successful pupils proceed with registration and fee payment.

Age grouping & class requirements

2 months+ to 1 year 2–3 months, if already walking
Reception 1
1 year 3 months at September; moves up after one session at 2 years+
Reception 2
2 years+ at first term; 2 years 4 months+ at second term; 2 years 7 months+ at third term
Nursery 1
3 years at resumption, or turning 3 on or before November

From age 3, pupils resuming in the second term (January) take a placement test so we can understand their strengths and where they need support. It is oral — for speech and behavioural response — and hands-on with a pencil, for grip firmness.

Required documents

The application form is issued by the school. Fill it in properly and attach the following:

  • Photocopy of birth certificate
  • Passport photograph of the pupil, plus one of whoever drops off and picks up
  • Photocopy of blood group test and a doctor's report on any medical condition
  • Previous result (not applicable for age 3 and below)
  • Restriction letter, if any
